Policies
Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days in new and unused condition including original packaging and we will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Final Sales: Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can-not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear are delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, and costumes purchased within the month of October.

Fill out the form indicating what you are sending back, the reason why and what you want done (refund or exchange).
Please send your package with the return form along with the merchandise you want refunded or exchanged via a pre-paid, traceable and insured method to insure safe and documented delivery.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept "bill recipient" packages.
